RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your order, URBAN SPORTÉ will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the purchase. Please note item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. 

To make a return:

Please call or email our customer support at support@urbansporte.com +61433322447 and request a return / exchange number. 

Then send that along with your item(s) which must be in original condition* and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to the following address:

The cost and reach of the shipping of the item(s) returned is your responsibility. Once the package has reached Urban Sporté HQ, we will gladly send the initial exchanged item(s) at no extra charge. With any subsequent exchanges, the return postage will incur the applicable shipping charges

UNDERWEAR RETURNS

All sales are final. In accordance with hygienic standards, products may not be returned.

UNDERWEAR / SHOE EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available if original packaging contains a different size or color of product than was ordered. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and include the order number verifying a different purchase from what was received. Incorrect item/s must be returned unused in original packaging within 14 days to be eligible. Kindly try on all underwear & swimwear over your own undergarments, shoes must not be worn outdoor as soles must be not scuffed or marked.  Exchanges will subject to each specific case and will either be processed in house or redeemed in the form of a credit for purchase of correct size or colour.

All exchanges issued will be in the amount paid for the product only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges may be applied to your second order as applicable. All items to be exchanged must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and thus can be shipped using the customer’s choice of shipping carrier. URBAN SPORTÉ reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All products are hand packaged and checked for defects at the time of shipping. If you believe you have received a defective item in error, please contact: support@urbansporte.com
